Municipal Water Information:
Billed through NPPD (Norris Public Power District). Must pay NPPD for village water bill. Norris no longer accepts 3rd party checks payable to the Village of Hallam.
$100.00 water deposit. Can pay at the Village Office. The Village Office accepts checks or cash. Checks can be made to Village of Hallam. You receive your deposit back after two years.
Monthly Charges:
$30.00 Water Base (minimum) Fee for 3,000 gallons of water.
After 3,000 gallons you are charged $3.00 per 1,000 gallons.
$30.00 Sewer Flat Fee. $2.00 Recycle Fee. $15.00 Late Fee (is charged if you are late on your bill).
